People have brought me bags of sea glass in the hope I might create something that would preserve
memories of that special vacation spent walking the beaches of Maine or wherever. It has happened often enough
I've decided to create my own series of Seascape Collages using real sea glass combined with tumbled glass.
Most sea glass, being made up of discarded beer and soda bottles, comes in clear, green, brown and,
if you're lucky, blue glass. For this reason I've added my own tumbled glass to the mix in order to have more colors
and textures to work with along with found shells, colored beads and a wave etched bevel glass frame.
Each 5" Seascape Collage is a unique one of a kind design.
