United Maine Craftsmen is a non-profit membership organization founded in 1969 to encourage
the development of quality craftsmanship in Maine. They offer members an opportunity to
exhibit their wares by promoting shows throughout the state.

The Society of Southern Maine Craftsmen is a non-profit, juried craft organization for Maine artisans seriously
committed to producing quality handcrafts. Besides promoting craft shows throughout the state
SSMC sponsors Stone Soup Artisans, a retail store in Saco, Maine.

The Mahoosuc Arts Council is a year round resource for world class performing and visual arts events
in the Greater Bethel area and sponsor one of the shows I participate in.

opportunities for artist and artisans to learn, exhibit and teach, while providing broad community access to original art.

Gallery 302, located in the town of Bridgton, is an artists' cooperative, featuring the works of artists and artisans
in a wide range of media and they sponsor the 'Art in the Park' art fair which I participated in for over 16 years.

Maine Art Glass is located in Lisbon Falls in a renovated brick church which is on the historical register.
Besides housing the Sanctuary Gallery in the balcony, it sells stained glass supplies on the main floor, has a huge
classroom in the basement where they teach stained glass, fused glass, torch work, mosaics, and sand etching.
Jim Nutting is the owner and has his Butterfly & Insect Museum located in the complex as well,
a great place to visit with the kids.
